What is the length of my contract?
The minimum rental period is one month.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Rent is late on the 6th day of the month. If you sign your agreement prior to or after the 1st day of the month the rental amount is pro-rated and the full rental payment is due on the 1st of the month.
Do I provide my own lock?
Yes, you need to provide your own lock. If not, we have locks available for purchase.
Who will have access to my storage unit?
You specify who can have access to your storage unit upon signing your contract.
Can I purchase insurance for the items I am storing?
You can purchase coverage through your personal agent under a Renter's Isurance policy for home or apartment. (Renter's Insurance is usually less than $20 mo.)
Or, many times your stored property is covered as part of your home owner's policy. Check with your agent for specific details regarding your coverage.
